Digital Product Delivery

Delivery Methods: All digital products, including websites, applications, and other software services, will be delivered electronically. Delivery may include providing access to a server, sending files via email, or through a secure download link.


Delivery Timeline: The delivery timeline for each project will be specified in the project agreement. We aim to adhere to these timelines, and any changes or delays will be communicated to the client promptly.


Completion Notification: Upon completion of the project, the client will receive a notification via email. This will include all necessary details for accessing the delivered products or services.


Project Stages and Delivery

Initial Delivery: For projects involving multiple stages, an initial delivery may occur, where a preliminary version of the product is shared with the client for review and feedback.


Revisions and Final Delivery: Based on client feedback, revisions will be made, and the final version of the product will be delivered. The final delivery includes all agreed-upon features and functionalities as per the project scope.


Acceptance and Handover: Once the final product is delivered, the client will be asked to review and formally accept the product. This acceptance signifies that the project has been completed to the client's satisfaction, and the final handover of all digital assets will occur.


Shipping of Physical Products

Applicable Items: In cases where the project involves physical products (e.g., promotional materials, hardware, etc.), shipping and delivery terms will be outlined and agreed upon with the client.

Shipping Methods: Physical products will be shipped using reputable courier or postal services. The shipping method, carrier, and any associated costs will be communicated to the client prior to dispatch.

Shipping Timeline: The estimated delivery time for physical products will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on the shipping method, destination, and other factors beyond our control.

Tracking and Notifications: Clients will receive tracking information for shipped items, allowing them to monitor the delivery status. Any significant delays or issues will be communicated promptly.

Customs and Import Duties: For international shipments, clients are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and must be paid by the client upon receipt.

Delivery Issues and Resolution

Digital Products: If there are any issues with the delivery of digital products (e.g., problems accessing files, incomplete deliveries), clients should contact our support team immediately at support@decapital.co.in for resolution.

Physical Products: In the case of damaged or lost shipments, clients should notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that the product is delivered or replaced.
